St Christopher’s Hospice provides skilled and compassionate end of life care and bereavement support of the highest quality, combining specialist care, research and education. In the last year, it has supported over 6,000 patients and their families, and provided education and training to over 7,000 people, including professionals from 35 countries. A new ‘Learning Hub’ will provide an inspiring environment that encourages learning about death, dying and bereavement. It will have the space, facilities and technology to enhance training on site and remotely, so St Christopher’s can help many others learn how to deliver good care – in people’s homes, hospitals, care homes and other health and social care organisations in this country and overseas. Developing Projects is providing a full project management service to the project.
