Paul Marsh is an experienced project manager and a chartered structural engineer, with particular expertise in managing large scale complex construction projects.
His work with Developing Projects has included acting as client’s representative for an estate regeneration scheme in the Isle of Dogs for One Housing Group. This involved internal & external refurbishment of 2,500 existing homes and environmental improvements to the associated shared open spaces.
Paul is currently acting as employer’s agent for the Netley Development for the London Borough of Camden. This is a mixed use development to provide a new education campus facility, residential apartments and affordable housing.
Prior to joining Developing Projects, Paul worked as a project manager and structural engineer with Arup on major infrastructure projects including a resort development in Turks & Caicos Islands, Victoria Station Interchange, Heathrow Terminal 5 and King's Cross Underground Station. Paul previous experience also includes work for a national civil engineering contractor on infrastructure and coastal engineering projects.
