King’s Cross New Schools provide school accommodation at ground and first floor levels of the Plimsoll Building, a 13-storey residential development on the King’s Cross Central site.  The scheme created a two-form entry primary academy for mainstream education and co-located accommodation for the Frank Barnes School for deaf children.  Developing Projects provided project management services throughout; first building a clear vision for the development, then working through a complex Section 106 Variation and finally working with the council, as client, and Argent, as developer, through to completion and occupation.
